At Eden Rock, exploration is the operating system for our mines. We use modern geophysics (think “MRI for rocks”), disciplined sampling, and living 3D models to guide daily decisions: what to mine, how to blend, and how to set up the plant. The payoff: shorter ramp-ups, steadier output, and transparent performance.

Seeing clearly before we mine
Modern geophysical tools help us “see” structures below the surface so we focus our activity where it counts. That means fewer false starts and a faster path from discovery to production.

Trustworthy samples = trustworthy plans
Great plans start with great samples. We follow recognized industry guidelines so our data is reliable, especially important with gold, which can vary a lot from spot to spot. Solid QA/QC lets our teams make confident, low-risk decisions.

Models that learn every day – Optimization
Our geologists and plant teams work from a shared living model of the orebody that updates as new information arrives. That model sets short-term plans and, in turn, learns from plant performance. This creates a tight feedback loop that reduces surprises and stabilizes output.

What this looks like at Eden Rock
• Commissioning on track: By early July 2025, first-phase completion of our processing plant reached ~70%.
• From exploration to ounces: Early July saw initial material routed to processing, lifting year-to-date extraction from 4,600 t to 4,800 t of ore—a controlled start designed to protect recoveries (selective mining).
• Safety first: Recent reporting shows zero incidents, reflecting the planning discipline behind our data loop.
